Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy for 1:1 Coaching Programme We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that require you to cancel or reschedule your coaching session. To ensure a smooth process for both clients and the IntellBA coach, please review our Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy below: 1. Cancellation of Coaching Sessions: a. To cancel a coaching session, you must provide at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled session start time. b. Cancellations made with at least 48 hours' notice will not incur any additional charges. c. If you cancel a session with less than 48 hours' notice, the session will be considered forfeited, and no refund or rescheduling will be offered for that session. 2. Rescheduling of Coaching Sessions: a. You may request to reschedule a coaching session with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to the IntellBA Coach's availability. b. The Coach will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests, but availability cannot be guaranteed. c. Rescheduled sessions must be completed within the duration of the coaching programme or as otherwise agreed upon by both parties. 3. Late Arrival: a. If you arrive late for a coaching session, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. b. No additional time will be added to compensate for late arrivals. 4. Coach's Cancellation: a. In the event that the IntellBA Coach needs to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, every effort will be made to provide you with advance notice. b. If a session is cancelled by the IntellBA Coach, you will have the option to reschedule the session at no additional cost or receive a refund for that session. 5. Refunds: a. All coaching fees are non-refundable, except in the case of a coaching session cancelled by the IntellBA Coach or as otherwise explicitly stated in the terms of the coaching agreement. b. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. 6. Communication: a. All cancellation and rescheduling requests must be communicated to the IntellBA Coach through the designated contact method agreed upon between both parties. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in adhering to this Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy. If you have any questions or need to request a cancellation or rescheduling, please contact your Coach as soon as possible to discuss your options. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed.
